Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at help@momglowera.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@momglowera.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
